What a school implementation involves

The projects listed above are examples of how Botixbo work takes shape in practice. They differ in scale: some are school-wide lab implementations running across multiple grade levels, others are focused training programs or single-build workshops.

Most implementations move through recognisable stages — understanding the school’s goals and constraints, preparing the space and equipment, training the staff who will run sessions, then delivering to students and reviewing how it is working. The balance between those stages varies considerably depending on whether a school is starting from nothing or extending something that already exists.

Different shapes of project

  • School-wide lab implementation — setting up and running a lab across multiple grade levels, with teaching and support built around it.
  • Focused training programs — concentrated delivery in a specific discipline such as robotics or drones, usually with a defined group of students.
  • Build workshops — shorter, practical sessions where students construct and test something concrete within a fixed timeframe.
  • Wider STEM and innovation initiatives — broader activity that spans subjects rather than centring on a single lab.

Each project page describes what that particular engagement involved. Where detail is limited, it is because we would rather describe a project accurately than overstate it. If a format here resembles what you have in mind, we can talk through what it would involve at your school.
